Kempt is operated by Zap Development Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. We're the data controller for anything collected on this site. Contact: hello@kempthq.com.
Your email address, if you join the waitlist — and nothing else. We use it to let you know when Kempt is ready and to send occasional, brief updates about the product before launch. The lawful basis is your consent, given when you submit the form.
This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking. The interactive demos on the page run entirely in your browser and send nothing anywhere.
Waitlist emails are stored in our database (hosted by Supabase) and the site is served by Vercel. Both act as data processors on our behalf. Standard server logs (IP addresses, briefly retained for security) are handled by Vercel as part of operating the site.
Until Kempt launches and the waitlist has served its purpose, or until you ask us to remove you — whichever comes first. Every email we send includes a way to opt out.
Sell your email, share it with third parties for marketing, or send you anything that isn't about Kempt.
Under UK GDPR you can ask for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@kempthq.com and it'll be done promptly and without fuss. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
